• sanctions restrictions apply;
• legal or regulatory restrictions apply;
• the Company determines that financial crime risk cannot be appropriately mitigated.

The Company does not intend to support activity involving jurisdictions, persons, entities, or transactions subject to applicable sanctions restrictions or prohibited under applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to:

• refuse onboarding;
• terminate relationships;
• restrict transactions;
• request additional documentation;

where jurisdictional or sanctions-related risks arise.
